Our client is a leading full-service law firm with a strong regional presence, renowned for providing expert legal advice to individuals and businesses alike.
Their Family Department is one of the firm's busiest and most respected, handling a wide range of matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Due to continued success, they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic NQ- 5 PQE Family Solicitor to join their growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Family Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of family law matters, providing legal advice and assistance to clients dealing with family disputes. You will receive direct support from experienced colleagues while also managing your own cases and interacting with clients.
You will be involved in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, children's issues, cohabitation disputes, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career in a supportive environment.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Qualified solicitor or due to qualify as a solicitor in the near future.
- Experience: Experience in family law, whether through previous work placements, training contracts, or post-qualification experience, is desirable. Candidates with a strong interest in family law and a desire to specialise in this area will also be considered.
