We are seeking a talented and ambitious NQ Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, alongside experienced Partners and Associates.

About the Role:

• Assisting Partners and Associates with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and financing
• Conducting due diligence on property portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements
• Managing client relationships and providing clear and concise legal advice
• Contributing to the research and development of innovative legal solutions

About You:

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a strong academic background in law
• A demonstrable interest and passion for real estate law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
