£50,000 - £70,000 + DIS, PMI and various discounts
An ambitiously growing insurance Broker with offices in London and Surrey is seeking an Operations Manager to work between both offices on a hybrid basis. Service and excellence are core to this Broker's values.
The Operations Manager, who will become part of the senior management team, will have varied duties including:
- Ensuring departments are ran efficiently and are growing
- Assisting with appraisals and disciplinaries
- Implementing training and development
- Handling HR queries
- Handling redundancy processes
- Assisting with workload allocation
- Managing Insurer relationships
- Responsibility for the website, comms, marketing and social media
Candidates wishing to apply for this role will ideally come from an operations background in the insurance industry and have knowledge of both commercial and personal lines insurance. Understanding of HR, Insurer placements and Acturis would also be highly desirable, as well as the ability to drive change in a dynamic expanding business.
