Job description
Real Estate solicitor looking to join one of the most successful Residential development and regeneration teams in the UK, sitting within the wider Real Estate team of a top 20 practice in Birmingham?
Brilliant opportunity to join a well established 12 Partner team, advising on all aspects of residential development and housing led regeneration. Acting for house builders, mixed use developers, affordable housing providers, landowners (public and private) and investors in the residential sector.
The role covers work streams including:
- Acquisitions, disposals and exchanges of land and property, including serviced parcels;
- Overage arrangements, and security;
- Strategic work - option agreements, promotion agreements and hybrids;
- Collaboration, consortium and joint venture arrangements, with related site assembly;
- Planning and infrastructure agreements;
- Building licences and development agreements;
- Development management agreements;
The ideal candidate will be at least 1 PQE, with experience within Residential development but candidates with a Real Estate background and a willingness to learn will be considered.
