Our client, an award winning international law firm seeks to appoint a property litigation NQ to join their growing team based in Sheffield.

Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers.

As a 2024 NQ Solicitor, you will have a relevant background in property litigation and ideally at least one property disputes seat, gained with another recognised commercial firm.
