About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Broking Manager to join one our Partnership Clients.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional insurance solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and market trends to brokers and clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of brokers to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Over seeing all sites in the Midlands
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive insurance solutions and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking, ideally in a leadership or regional management role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive sales performance and meet business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII) are highly desirable.
