Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business operations and insurance requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related matters.
- Insurance Portfolio Oversight:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring that insurance coverage aligns with clients' risk management strategies.
- Review and analyze policy terms, conditions, and coverage to identify potential gaps or improvements.
- Renewal Process:
- Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts, negotiating terms and conditions with insurance carriers.
- Provide clients with renewal options and recommendations, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Risk Assessment:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients, identifying potential exposures and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
- Collaboration with Insurance Carriers:
