Solicitor - Industrial Disease
Job description
We are representing one of the leading personal injury firm's in Scotland who are seeking a Solicitor to join their leading Industrial Disease team.
What you will do:
- Work closely with an award-winning specialist team.
- Manage a diverse caseload of industrial disease claims ranging from vibration-related injuries, noise-induced hearing loss, skin disease, and lung disease.
- Consult with Counsel and Advocates, in addition regularly appearing at court and tribunals.
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to training and mentoring trainees.
Who you are:
- Have min 1 years PQE handling industrial disease claims.
- Passionate about helping others and representing individuals who have been wronged.
- Within commuting distance to Glasgow or Edinburgh.
