1st October 2018 – Specialist Financial Services Recruitment and Talent Management Consultancy, IDEX Consulting has announced that it has restructured its Financial Services team in the UK to better support their client’s growth and recruitment strategies across the Financial Services sector.
The new structure divides the Financial Services team into 4 core specialisms; Employee Benefits, Compliance & Risk, Private Clients and Senior Appointments. With each of IDEX’s existing Financial Services Consultants further specialising in one of these sectors. Each will be headed up by a highly experienced Business Manager from across their offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
The new structure will allow both new and existing clients to benefit from a more tailored service, with individual specialist consultants utilising their specific knowledge of the niche market to design and implement a talent attraction strategy perfectly matched to the individual needs and current market conditions.
Ashlea Walton (Employee Benefits), Emma Murray (Compliance & Risk) and Jack Lawlor (Private Clients) will be working closely with Managing Director, Tony Bates (Senior Appointments) to leverage their teams combined 75 years of FS recruitment experience to ensure that the new IDEX proposition enhances their service focused model and caters more closely to the specific needs of the market, all while maintaining their prized success ratio, with 94% of placed candidates still in situ after 5 years.
Regarding the restructure, Tony Bates said “With many of our clients becoming more and more niche we believe that offering services that match our clients is an essential part of our service. The new model allows us to have a more streamlined and tailored approach, offering expertise to clients and candidates within the 4 areas. We have carefully selected the clients and candidates that we work with to offer maximum return to clients and candidates alike. We are certain that the new structure allows us to work closer and offer dedicated expertise to all areas.”
Further news will follow regarding each specific division over the next few weeks.
