Paul leads our General Insurance talent practice globally; working with a range of brokers, MGA’s, insurers and Insurtech’s to turbo boost their growth plans by identifying individuals and businesses that will help them scale at pace across the UK, US and Europe.
His experience ranges from running large scale recruitment campaigns for Brokers and Insurers, to bespoke retained assignments targeting senior appointments across the UK and US markets.
Paul enjoys watching and playing football, snowboarding, hiking and regularly supports his local football team Macclesfield Town as well as being a father to twin daughters.
