Agricultural Account Handler

Job description

On joining this small, specialist broking team, you'll have scope to work quickly towards a senior level position giving you the platform to develop your career towards senior/leadership level.

This team of agricultural insurance specialists offers a friendly, relaxed work environment where clients are all loyal, long-standing partners of the business.

Here you'll be joining the team to play an Account Handler role, servicing the day-to-day needs of the clientele across new business administration, handling MTAs and managing renewals.

You'll benefit from excellent mentoring from the Branch Director who can help develop your technical insurance skills and softer skills such as client management and time management.

And as your experience grows and develops, you'll have a clear route to take over more of the senior remit in the business such as work allocation, referral management and supervisory work.

You'll be working up to three days per week in the office and the rest from home giving you a great benefit of collaboration with colleagues and saving on the weekly commute.

This is a great opportunity for you to achieve clear career progression in a local, supportive team which offers excellent flexibility and ongoing training.

Ideally, you'll have a background in the insurance industry and be able to work in Ayrshire around half of the week.
