A prestigious US law firm with a globally recognized corporate practice is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Associate to join its dynamic New York office. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, market-leading transactions with an elite client base, including multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters.
  • Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and financing documents.
  • Manage deal processes, due diligence reviews, and closing procedures.
  • Work closely with senior partners and cross-border teams on sophisticated international transactions.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm, preferably in New York or another major financial center.
  • Strong academic background from a leading law school (JD or equivalent).
  • Admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with a strong team ethic.
