Are you a skilled and dynamic Senior Broker or Business Development Manager who would like the chance to work closely with Brokers and Insurers?

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand and assess clients' business needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with the brokers, insurers whilst maintaining consistent engagement and a high level of service.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage industry expertise and resources to provide technical support.
  • Solution Development: Design placement strategies and develop solutions that align with clients' needs, ensuring profitable portfolio growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance markets, with the ability to meet the needs of both brokers and insurers.
  • Broking Experience: Significant experience managing a broking or Insurer portfolio, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels, including with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
  • Communication: Strong communication and relationship skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
