Job description
This commercial insurance brokerage is one of the top names in the market and here you'll play a key role in supporting the growth of their regional network here in Scotland.
If you are a broking Executive looking for your first crack at management, or perhaps an established Sales Manager looking for a bigger regional role then you'll be well suited here.
Your remit here is all about developing and executing strategic sales work to help drive new business across a regional network of offices.
So day to day, you'll be working with the regional Branch Directors to cultivate pipeline, coach on group sales strategy, understand key prospects and develop robust contact plans to convert new client prospects.
You'll play a hands-on role, winning business whilst leading, influencing and mentoring a small regional team of Development Executives.
It's an ideal balance for you to continue your client work whilst helping your team unlock their own potential.
Here you'll become part of a national sales committee where your regional peers get together quarterly to discuss bigger UK wide strategic work and initiatives giving you a brilliant individual platform to build your own professional reputation nationally.
Ideally, you'll have a background in commercial or corporate insurance broking with a natural flair and talent for sales.
Your package here is market leading with a base salary of up to £75,000 plus 25% on all income generated. That's up and above the leading pension of 16% and private medical cover.
