Michelle knows the insurance market intimately after spending 13 years’ working in the industry before moving into recruitment in 2007, to help people enhance their lives through talent management.

Focusing on the West Midlands Commercial Broking market, she is able to use her natural talent for building long lasting relationships to find the best candidates available for her clients and helping professionals to find their perfect career opportunity.

When Michelle’s not at work she loves travelling and experiencing new cultures. She also likes to treat herself to a fine bottle of red.
