Job description

This is an unbelievably exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing practice in Cambridge. You will work with an employment team in Cambridge, but as part of a wider national service line. The opportunity is to work closely with the Employment Partner whilst developing the practice in the East Anglia.

As an Employment Solicitor in this team, you'll be working on a range of employment matters, working with some of the biggest commercial clients that you'll know and love. The opportunity will also involve working closely with the leading Partner in order to continue the growth of the employment offerings in Cambridge - this practice being one of the largest and most well known in East Anglia.

You will be :

  • Ideally over 3 years PQE
  • Experienced in Employment Law - ideally having gained experience from another reputable firm
  • Adept at business development, and looking to take the lead on some marketing initiatives
